We focus and invest in our employed babysitters, deliver high quality to customers and babysitters and are a serious and professional company in the industry. We want to create more quality of life for families with children while creating more jobs for young people and older adults.
We do a thorough background check and make sure the babysitter has the right experience.
The babysitter is trained upon employment and during the course of employment. Mandatory courses are child CPR and our certification course.

With a tailored search process, we find a babysitter based on your needs and wishes.
With a collective agreement, all babysitters get secure employment, decent wages and good conditions.

2007 – Nanny.nu was founded
Nanny.nu was founded in autumn 2007 in a small office space on Södermalm by Jeanette Holm. Ambitions were high and the response strong already. Nanny.nu grew quickly.
2008 – We grow
At this point, we had hired 100 babysitters, helped 100 families and hired the first colleague for the office.
2010 – RUT-deduction
RUT-deduction survives the election.
2013 – Gazelle company of the year
Appointed by Dagens industri as gazelle company of the year.
2014 – Expansion
We expand to Skåne, Uppsala och Gothenburg.
2015 – Growth since the beginning
We have employed over 3000 babysitters, helped over 3000 families.
2016 – Founding of our sister company
We found the sister company Tidy.nu for home cleaning.
2017 – Takeover of Nannyakuten
We buy our nearest competitor, Nannyakuten, and create the CID Ventures group of companies.
2018 – We exist throughout Sweden
We expand and become active throughout the country.
2019 – New owners
The CEOs of Nanny.nu and Tidy.nu take over as owners and set a new direction for the group.
2020 – Collective agreement
We are introducing a collective agreement for all office staff and all babysitters.
2022 – LSS
Granted permission from the Health and Care Inspectorate to conduct activities within LSS.

Recruitment team leader
I have worked at Nanny.nu since 2014 and am a team leader of the recruitment department. A typical week, we receive hundreds of applications that must be compared against the families' needs. That is followed by interviews with people we think are the best fit for our assignments. It is important to us that the babysitter ends up in a family where, in addition to the work duties, you get a good connection with the parents and children. Therefore, we focus a lot on personal qualities during interviews.

When a babysitter has gone through the recruitment process, the next step is for me and the rest of the consulting managers to take over. We sign agreements with babysitters and our customers, do follow-ups, match babysitters and families, have daily contact with our employees and much more. It's an incredibly varied job with both challenges and problem solving, but the best part is that every day is different from the other.

Tidy.nu - home cleaning
At Tidy.nu, we offer home cleaning, window cleaning and moving cleaning. The cleaning is carried out according to carefully written checklists and with a satisfaction guarantee, all possible errors and shortcomings after the cleaning are rectified, completely free of charge. Employees are covered by collective agreements with safe conditions, insurances and contractual pensions.
Alltjänstpoolen can fix most things in your home! Skilled contractors can help with everything from gardening such as lawn mowing and tree trimming to handyman and home services such as cleaning, renovations and other all-in-one services.
