What does the customer satisfaction guarantee mean?
If you are not satisfied with your babysitter after the first week together, you have the right to end the collaboration without being charged for the hours employed.
If we get sick, will we be charged or can we move the hours to the following month?
In case of illness, you will usually be charged for the hours according to the agreement to cover the babysitter's salary. If, on the other hand, you agree with your babysitter to move the hours to another day, that's fine. As long as you and your babysitter confirm this to us, no charge will be made for the cancellation.
What happens if the babysitter gets sick?
We are happy to try to find a replacement, call us as soon as you know about this and we will look for an already employed babysitter who can help you instead. Unfortunately, however, we can never guarantee that we will find a replacement. A recommendation for increased flexibility is to hire two babysitters.
It is not possible to apply. Can I email my resume?
No, we need to get your application directly into our system as there are many of us in the office who need access to the same information. If you have trouble with the application, it is often due to: 1) You need to allow 3rd party cookies 2) You have written the date of birth incorrectly - it must be written YYYY-MM-DD, for example 1997-01-01. 3) You have already registered an account with the email address you are trying to register. In that case, log in with your previous login details. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reminder.
Do we need to set a fixed schedule?
If you have a bound arrangement, you decide which days and times the babysitter will be available and the schedule is established two weeks in advance. If you have an unbound arrangement, no exact schedule is needed, but it is preferred if you provide an approximate schedule so that we can find a babysitter with the right availability and expectations.
Do we have a notice period?
We have two types of agreements: the unbound and the bound. The unbound arrangement is completely flexible and has no notice period. With a bound agreement, a minimum number of hours/month is established for which the customer is billed and for which the babysitter must be available, both parties 1 month's notice.
Is there any way we can speed up the process?
We recommend being as flexible as possible with days and times. If you require a babysitter from a certain category, it may take longer to get a presentation, as most babysitters belong to the standard category. It can also take longer to find a suitable candidate if you have requirements for, for example, special language skills or a driving license.

In the end, it all comes down to what the families are asking for. Maybe you have good experience but live in an area where we don't have that many families or maybe the family needs help a day when you are unavailable. There are many variables (e.g. driver's license requirements, language requirements) that must be met in a match.
