What information do we store?

This policy describes the handling of personal data by 2007 Nanny.nu AB (556662-0851) hereinafter referred to as the Company.

Handling of your personal data and legal basis for this

Your request will be handled by the Company and registered in a database through our personal data assistant Yepstr AB. Further more the data is handled through the following companies: Hubspot, Amazon Web Services, Clevertap and Fortnox. Our legal basis for saving the data is based on the following points specified by the Swedish Data Protection Authority:

• The processing is necessary to fulfill an agreement to which the data subject is a party or to take measures at the request of the data subject before entering into such an agreement.
• The processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the personal data controller.
• The processing is necessary for purposes related to the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject outweigh and require the protection of personal data, especially when the data subject is a child

Areas of use for personal data

The personal data registered in our business system and financial system, which are provided by third parties, will primarily be used to enable the work to find a suitable candidate for your assignment. The personal data will also be used to check, through the Swedish Tax Agency, that your family has children of the ages you specified. We also carry out a check with the Crown Enforcement Officer.

Later in the process, certain personal data is sent to the candidate you have chosen to meet for a meeting/interview. We will also use the personal data to, after we have entered into an agreement, send invoices and any payment reminders and apply for RUT with the Tax Agency.

We have a collaboration with Trustpilot and your email address may be shared with them in order to use the email address at a later stage to evaluate your experience of our service.

Finally, the personal data will be used to send information during the process as well as follow-up and information after you start an agreement with one of our candidates. We will also send out information about offers from the Company and other companies within the Yepstr AB Group, of which the Company is a part.

Period of use for personal data

The company intends to save specified personal data as long as the matching process is ongoing and as long as you actively hire one of our candidates. Certain contexts require that we save the information for longer, such a case applies to accounting information such as invoice documents and more, which is saved for at least 7 years.

The data subject's rights

There is a right to request from the data subject access to and correction or deletion of personal data or limitation of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. The registered person also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
