Nanny.nu was founded in 2007 and is Sweden's largest babysitting company in terms of turnover. We operate throughout Sweden.
What is our main focus and priorities?
We focus and invest in our employed babysitters, deliver high quality to customers and babysitters and are a serious and professional company in the industry. We want to create more quality of life for families with children while creating more jobs for young people and older adults.
Thorough recruitment
We do a thorough background check and make sure the babysitter has the right experience.
Education
The babysitter is trained upon employment and during the course of employment. Mandatory courses are child CPR and our certification course.
A personal match
With a tailored search process, we find a babysitter based on your needs and wishes.
Collective agreement
With a collective agreement, all babysitters get secure employment, decent wages and good conditions.

We have created this because we know it’s just as hard to find a job as a teenager - as it is to find help as an adult. Today, we have helped thousands of teenagers get their first job as a babysitter, tutor, dog minder or gardener.
