Background check

Full criminal record extract from the Swedish Police Authority. This is a requirement, not an extra. You'll never meet a candidate who hasn't passed.

Step 3

Structured interview

In-depth interview covering childcare experience, safety awareness, and situational judgement. We get to know the person behind the application before you do.

Step 4

CPR and first aid

All candidates complete paediatric CPR and first aid certification through an accredited provider. Your nanny knows how to act if something happens.

Step 5

Reference verification

We contact previous employers and families to verify experience and reliability. You'll meet a candidate who's already proven themselves.

Step 6

Ongoing quality monitoring

We follow up after every assignment. Only candidates who maintain high standards stay in our active matching pool. Your confidence holds over time, not just at the start.
